The Role:

The Bottling Line Operator is responsible for the supply, loading, and monitoring of goods required during the bottling run. This role involves operating and maintaining various bottling line machinery, performing changeovers, setting up equipment, and conducting quality assurance checks to ensure products meet production and safety standards. The operator will work as part of a team to achieve production goals, maintain quality, and follow all health and safety protocols.

 

What you bring to the Role:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills.

 

  • Forklift Licence: A current HRW (forklift) license is desirable.
  • Experience: Previous bottling line experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and customers.
  • Commitment to Quality & Safety: A commitment to maintaining production quality and adhering to Work Health & Safety practices.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding and practice of food hygiene and food handling concepts.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as required to meet operational demands.
  • Adaptability: Ability to undertake various bottling duties and training as per company requirements.
