We understand that truly great wines are made in the vineyard, and that the art of fine winemaking is to respect and capture the essence of the vineyard site and to highlight the unique varietal expression of each grape variety.

 

The Role:

Partnering with the Cellar Door Operations Manager and the Cellar Door Supervisor; our Cellar Door Sales Assistants deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring our Cellar Door visitors have a friendly and positive experience to share with their friends and family.

 

What you bring to the Role:

If you are passionate, energetic and enjoy creating positive customer experiences, while sharing award-winning wines in a dynamic and lively environment, then we would love to hear from you.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes

  • Experience in hospitality, customer Service and Cellar Door Sales experience with a genuine love for wine
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification 
  • proficient with computer applications
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills to foster respectful and friendly interactions
  • A proactive team player with high level of self-motivation and the ability to multitask
  • A keen eye for detail, good time management skills and a commitment to delivering quality
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster and support team members as required.
