What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the analytical partner to our Australian Sales team turning data into clear, practical recommendations that guide pricing, planning, and customer strategy. You’ll forecast performance, analyse profitability, support new product decisions, and help the business make confident, informed choices.
You will:
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools
- Analyse product and customer profitability and highlight improvement opportunities
- Support pricing decisions, promotional planning, and commercial negotiations
- Partner with Sales, Finance and Demand Planning teams to guide strategy
- Improve financial reporting tools and processes (SAP, BI platforms)
What You’ll Bring
You’re someone who’s analytical, curious, and confident explaining financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. You enjoy problem-solving, bringing structure to decision-making, and collaborating with teams to influence outcomes not just report on them.
Ideally, you have:
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analysis
- Strong Excel/BI skills and comfort working with financial systems (SAP desirable)
- Clear communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
- A passion for continuous improvement and better decision-making
- Progress toward CA/CPA is welcomed but not essential
