Human Resources Coordinator

The Role - Part Time (2 or 3 Days per week)

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager the Human Resources Coordinator will have responsibility for day to day operational activities of the HR department. It will work across Head Office and Sales functions with exposure to our Winery teams. This role will experience the full employee life cycle from recruitment, performance management, training, policy development through to exit and offboarding under the guidance of the HR Manager. As a newly created role we will work together to drive HR performance across the business.

Day to day duties of the role will include:

  • Maintaining and improving to our HR Systems, employee self-service, performance management, EAP
  • Coordinating end to end recruitment cycles with hiring managers
  • Playing an active role in shaping employee engagement initiatives and engaging with our RIPPIR Company Values
  • Contributing to our Policy Committee to review, update and create our suite of policies
  • Coordinating and booking training for staff
  • Managing our vehicle fleet

About You

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in human resources, ideally within the FMCG industry though we are open to all industries. Possess a high level of interpersonal, communication skills, and understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality. Experience with a HRIS and a tertiary qualification is advantageous though not essential. You will also have a demonstrated history in understanding the Fair Work Act and related employment law. Above all an attitude to learn, grow and develop within the team will help set this role up for success.
